My A.I. declaration

Last updated: June 2026

Artificial Intelligence does not form part of my core creative process. Every video, comic and newsletter I have published has been generated with my own heart, head and hands.

Here I will keep an updated list of any cases where I have integrated A.I. into my process as a tool.

In my song The Chorus Of The Woodland Realm, the voice of the narrator is A.I. generated. I wanted a voice that had the timbre and texture of an old recording from the 60s or 70s which is difficult to reproduce with digital filters. Using A.I. allowed me to quickly produce this demo of the song. The words are all written by me and the music is written and performed by me with no A.I. assistance.

Since February 2026, I have been using Claude to assist me in secondary tasks related to the packaging and publishing of my work. This includes: brainstorming titles and thumbnail ideas for my YouTube videos, generating SEO-optimised headlines and descriptions for newsletters and articles, troubleshooting bugs on this website. I also use Claude as a creative coach of sorts: it helps me clarify long term goals and pushes me past my (self-identified) weaknesses. I will write about this in more detail one day.

In 2025 I used both Claude and ChatGPT to analyse a dream I had, which was informative. You can read about that experience here.

Should any of this change, this page will be updated.

This page exists to tell you how much of my work has been generated with the help of artificial intelligence, inspired by Derek Sivers and Damola Morenikeji.
