I felt a big responsibility making this film. Three people had trusted us with their stories, making themselves vulnerable. I worked hard to honour each story, while at the same time weaving them all together seamlessly.
While I often build quite complex story structures, this film uses a very simple concertina, orbiting around Michael’s powerful monologue at the centre.
